  • Upon receipt of your nomination from your University, we will send you an email, in order to inform you that you can start the Application procedure. 
  • After the reception of our email all Erasmus+ incoming students should:
    1. Proceed with the   submission of the Online Application Form, according to our instructions.
    2. Fill in the Learning Agreement for Studies, (which can be obtained by the Erasmus office of your Home Institution)
      Each Learning Agreement has to be signed by the student and the academic coordinator of Home University.  
    3. Send also by email a copy of your valid passport (or you Identity Card)
    4. Send by email a copy of your European Health Insurance Card (in case that the card is not issued yet you should send it to us as soon as you obtain it and before your arrival).

Our office will then review if you are qualified for admission, and whether the suggested course program is accepted.

Please note that incomplete or overdue applications will not be processed!!

  •  After the submission of your Online Application Form and Learning Agreement for Studies:

- Both documents will be reviewed by the European and International Relations Department, then
- The Learning Agreement will be reviewed by the Academic Coordinator in order to be approved and signed.  
- The approved countersigned Learning Agreement along with an official Acceptance Letter will be sent directly back to the student via email. 

Estimated completion time from the receipt of the documents is approximately 4 weeks.

Only after the reception of the Acceptance Letter you can consider your participation as final.
