This application is submitted for Erasmus+ mobility support funding. The grant is paid in two instalments: 80% prior to the commencement of the mobility, subject to the completion of the procedures outlined below, and the remaining 20% upon completion of the mobility period (see corresponding sections of the website).
The National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) is strictly not responsible for the purchase of travel tickets, accommodation bookings, or any other related logistical arrangements. Once you receive an official notification from the Department of European and International Relations of NKUA, you may proceed to submit your online application by following the link below:
During your online application submission, you must upload the following documents through the platform:
Learning Agreement* ([📥] Click here to download), signed by: The applicant, the home university’s Erasmus+ coordinator, and the academic coordinator of the host department at NKUA.

If you are eligible for the fewer opportunities top-up funding, you must include this form in your email. 1. Verify Approval: Contact your Home University's Department of European and International Relations to verify whether a top-up grant for mobility has been approved by your National Agency. 2. Complete the Form: If approved and you meet the criteria, have your Home University review your supporting documents, and then complete and sign the first page of the Top-up Grant Request Form ([📥] click to download). Detailed eligibility terms and conditions are provided on the second page of the form.

Upon the successful submission and verification of all the documents mentioned in the previous steps, you will officially receive your Letter of Acceptance
At least 2 months before your scheduled mobility start date, you are required to submit your supplementary travel documents by sending an email to kattemp@uoa.gr with the following attachements:
Once the European and International Relations Department has received all required documents on time, participants will receive their Erasmus+ Grant Agreement by email, along with instructions for signing and sending it back.
❗ Upon their arrival in Athens, beneficiaries must bring three (3) original, signed copies of their Grant Agreement to submit during their check-in (next step) at the Department of European and International Relations (Central Erasmus+ Office).
ΑΤΤΕΝΤΙΟΝ: Leave the NKUA legal representative field blank. This is NOT signed by the host department; NKUA will handle the signature later.
During your academic activity period at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, you are required to visit our office in person to sign your original mobility documents.
