APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1st step:  Application Procedure by nominated students 

  • Upon receipt of nominations from Home Universities, students will be notified by email that they can start the Application procedure. 
  • Upon receipt of our email,  all Erasmus+ incoming students should:

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  1. Submit the Online Application Form, according to our instructions

    Along with the Application Form the following documents should be also uploaded:
     
  2. Learning Agreement for Studies approved  by both Home and Host University [since January 2021 NKUA uses the On Line Learning Agreement (OLA), therefore you are welcome to use this platform for the completion and submission of your Learning Agreement].
  3. A readable copy either of  Passport or Identity Card.  All documents should be valid for the whole Erasmus+ participation. 
  4. A readable copy of the European Health Insurance Card. The card should be valid for the whole Erasmus+ participation.
  5. Students of countries that do not issue the EHIC  should submit a copy of a Private Health Insurance Contract.
  6. A copy of your current Transcript of Records (in English) is required.

Please note that incomplete or overdue applications will not be processed!

 

2nd step:  Finalizing your participation to NKUA

Once the submission process for all requested documents has been completed successfully you will receive the formal Acceptance Letter approximately in 4 weeks from the submission of the documents.

Only upon receipt of the Acceptance Letter students should consider their participation in the program confirmed

The deadlines for completion of the online application form and the submission of all required documents are:

Winter Semester

April 15th, 2024
to June 15th, 2024

Full Year Exchange

April 15th, 2024
to June 15th, 2024

Spring Semester

September 15th, 2024
to November 15th, 2024
