ERASMUS+ TRAINEESHIP MOBILITY / KA131

WHAT IS THE ERASMUS TRAINEESHIP PROGRAM?
The Erasmus+ Traineeship Program/KA131 gives students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience (like lab work, teaching, or clinical rotations) in departments of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA).

  • Duration: Minimum 2 months, up to 12 months.
  • No bilateral agreement required: A formal agreement between your home institution and NKUA is not necessary for traineeships.
  • No ECTS credits: Traineeships at NKUA do not include course registration or ECTS credits.
  • No grants or insurance provided by NKUA: Students must arrange funding and insurance through their home institution.

HOW TO APPLY
To express your interest, send the following documents to erasmus@uoa.gr:

  1. Erasmus Traineeship Request
  2. CV
  3. Transcript of Records

Once your application is processed, you’ll be notified if your request is accepted by your chosen department.
Due to high demand, processing times may be long, so it’s recommended to apply well in advance of your desired start date.
