The NKUA offers Greek language courses to Erasmus+ incoming students. Although incoming students may take courses in English, a basic knowledge of the Greek language will help them to get acquainted with everyday life in Greece.

The Greek Language Courses for Erasmus students offer 6 ECTS per semester (6 hours/week).
Students who have attended courses in the winter semester and wish to attend the second semester’s courses must register again.

• The registration procedure for the winter semester/full year students will take place online
  from 22/09 - 01/10/2025 at the Modern Greek Language Teaching Center’s

  Duration of Studies: from 13/10/2025 - 23/01/2026
   
• The registration procedure for the spring semester students will take place online
  from 26/01 - 04/02/2026 at the Modern Greek Language Teaching Center’s
  website  https://en.greekcourses.uoa.gr/program_of_courses/                                                            
  Duration of Studies: from 16/02/2026 - 29/05/2026
