GREEK LANGUAGE COURSES FOR ERASMUS+ STUDENTS

 

The National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) offers Greek language courses to Erasmus+ incoming students.

Although students may follow courses taught in English, a basic knowledge of the Greek language is highly recommended, as it facilitates daily life and integration in Greece.

The Greek Language Courses award 6 ECTS per semester and include 6 teaching hours per week.

Students who attend the winter semester courses and wish to continue in the spring semester must register again.

Academic Year 2025–2026

 

Winter Semester / Full-Year Students

  • Online registration period: 22/09 – 01/10/2025
  • Course duration: 13/10/2025 – 23/01/2026

Spring Semester Students

  • Online registration period: 26/01 – 04/02/2026
  • Course duration: 16/02/2026 – 29/05/2026

The registration period for spring semester students was extended to 13/02 – 16/02/2026.

  • Students must ensure they select the programme titled “ERASMUS” during the application process.
